What are the highlights of living in the Ancala community?
The Ancala community is located right next to Taliesin West and was actually built on land originally owned by Frank Lloyd Wright. Ancala is home to the Ancala Country Club and an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Perry Dye. The community also features a recently refurbished park with a ramada, playground, sports court, and water splash pad for the little ones. The Ancala HOA is run by The Management Trust.

Ancala homes for sale range from smaller “villa” style houses up to luxurious single-family homes with multiple detached villas. Privacy abounds in this neighborhood so Ancala has been home to multiple public figures. This gated community is a part of SUSD. The home schools are Anasazi Elementary, Mountainside Middle School, and Desert Mountain High School. Basis Scottsdale and Basis Scottsdale Primary are both equally convenient.
